Yeh. I spill some family tea in this quick episode. I am in a deep dark cave of depression and I’m wondering how imma get out. It’s sad…overwhelming and uh depressing! Yo..help lowkey!

This morning I woke and decided to dive into my devotional…today was on Matthew 18: 3-5. It was all about children and their dependency, their confident trust in someone being above them (parents, grandparents, guardians, teachers…I think about Uvalde…and those children. Just legit prayer for the school, community and families. 💕💐🙏🏾

I’m back!! Humans it has been a long time for me getting back. I ventured out to try something new… and I failed miserably so far. I’ll still be trying overtime when things possibly slow down. I instead went back to what I knew and loved…so here we are. I’m turning 35 in a few days and I’m really wanting to remember that I’m loved. This is the first official episode of 2022! I just give a brief overview of what’s already been transpired this year! It’s only February and God is showing up and showing OUT! It’s totally an opportunity to reinvent ourselves! Come riiiide the wave with me!!

The final chapter of this year was filled with so much anxiety and whirlwinds of exciting things popping off!! This episode isn’t sad or stressful either. In this episode I simply ramble about what summer has been like for me trying to keep a “sound mind.” I talk about an event that happened this week but how I’m trying to take a more “sound” approach. I also talk about the GOOD/BAD TINGZ that have happened this year but mainly this summer. I’m sort of ready for new levels but also know that I need to embrace the latency of things sometimes. Either way, I’ve been doing CBT sessions and have really learned about the importance of completion, and embracing imperfections. Come along for the riiiiiide!! See y’all there!!
