The first Beatitude that Jesus gave us in His Sermon on the Mount is about those who are poor in spirit. To be poor in spirit means to understand that in ourselves, we have nothing. Without Jesus, we are poor in spirit. We can do nothing without Him. An influencer for Jesus is one that relies completely on Jesus. In this episode we look at the life of Esther as a woman who was poor in spirit and knew she could not save her people in her own strength. She relied completely on Yahweh, the One, True and Living God.
