HOW WE RATED & REVIEWED THE JITTERBUG SMART 2 Smart Phone & Service
My mother, wife, and I decided to do a 3-way Review & Rating with the Jitterbug 2, its software that is geared to a senior customer base, and the Great Call's partnership with Verizon.
We started the Review on December 3rd, 2020, on receipt of the Jiggerbug 2's.
Ease of use of the smartphone, network coverage, customer service, and a focus on overall cost has been our focus putting together this Review and rating.

Some context to our family review -
My mom is 85 and did not like her Verizon Smartphone or the associated costs. She was constantly having challenges using her phone and wanted a change. She also dislikes Verizon's internet-focused customer support and in-person visits to Verizon stores, especially since COVID-19.
My wife is 70, dislikes technology, and she has been very vocal about dislike her Verizon Smartphone.
I am 65, love technology (most of the time), and have been using a Verizon Note 8. I use a lot of the features that are available with this smartphone. Some quite a lot.
