Hello everyone! Today I decided to share my burnout experience. I realized that I have talked about this more on my social media page than here on the podcast. Burnout was really hard for me to identify and navigate. Truthfully, I still struggle with burnout. My dm's are always open if you need support!

Today I ramble about my mental health and what has been weighing on my mind recently. As a health care provider I believe we need to prioritize our mental and physical health in order to be our best and give our best to our patients. Recently it's been apparent that working interviews might become a thing of the past. To me this is really shocking. I personally learned that I will not accept a position or job offer without a working interview. Hello hello! Today I discuss grieving a job transition and the bad decision (for myself) I made with a new employment opportunities. Deciding to leave a job is not easy but sometimes it's necessary. We all want to be in our dream office or, as some call it, our unicorn office. However, it may take time to find it!

Today's episode is very near and dear to me! I share with you the details about my experience of failing my patient based clinical board examination during the height of the Pandemic. This journey was challenging and it took me time to get comfortable sharing my story. I now know that this experience doesn't define me and by sharing it I can help others!
