The Cardinals officially squandered away their shot at the postseason where a heroic Washington comeback deep-sixed those chances of the Cowboys and 49ers. Michael Penix made his debut against the hapless Giants and the Rams held serve in New York in their quest for the West. Not sure what the Bills are doing but it was revealed Josh Allen has been playing with a broken hand. And speaking of the walking wounded, Jalen Hurts left that Washington with a concussion. Just when we thought the Eagles were looking like favorites in the NFC!

The South-leading Bucs take on the Wild Card-hopeful Chargers and two Super Bowl prognostications go head-to-head as Buffalo travels to the Motor City off a loss and we get the battle for the Keystone State between the Steelers and Eagles.

The Josh Allen Show keeps rolling and gets Hailee Steinfeld's new fiance into the MVP picture. Drama continues through the NFC West where Seattle and the Rams look increasingly like the favorites and as Pittsburgh effectively buries the Bengals realistic shot at the postseason and the Ravens look very much like pretenders after being tossed around by an ever-sharpened looking Philadelphia Eagles squad.

A game of the week worthy of the title between the Eagles and Ravens plus the Cardinals seek to rebound in Minnesota and the Chargers and Falcons try to shake off their last losses against each other.

PLUS, is this the week we see the nail driven into the Bengals coffin and will it be there rival Pittsburgh that does it?

The Panthers gave it an A-effort but sure enough, Patrick Mahomes throws on the cape and eeks out yet another close win for the Chiefs. Speaking of close, it seems like every week is a new favorite in the NFC West, with another loss, does the 49ers chances of Super Bowl glory inch ever closer to diminished. Minnesota survives a spirited effort from the Bears as Chicago can't seem to buy a win right now and the Houston Texans with one more collapse for the ages. Can we just blame it all on the injuries?

PLUS, the Cowboys finally looked like a professionaal organization but were they merely just fortunate for Washington's continued struggles in maturity.
