In this episode, Lisa explains the difference between a sacrifice and a compromise. How many of us have made sacrifices only to regret it later and or remind the person of the sacrifices you've made for them? Is that a true sacrifice? And what about compromises? Have you ever compromised so much that you literally have nothing else to give? And what does the Bible say about sacrifice and compromise. In this episode, I am going to shed some light on what it means to do both and coexist with the one you love so that the true mission of the relationship can exist.

Many times some of us may find the Christmas holidays to be one of the most depressing seasons of the year. For whatever reason, it maybe the lost of a love one, the lost of a job, a broken relationship, a broken family, etc. What we may have forgotten, is God has sent His Son, Jesus The Christ to bring hope to the world; which includes all of us. In today's episode, I will share scriptures to help remind you of the Love that God has for you and to let you know that He has not forgotten about you. In this episode we discuss how  Generation Z see's the world related to college life, social media, racism, violence in America, Religion, and the mass shooting this Spring at UNC Charlotte. Max opens up about the challenges of dating on campus , coming from a small private school of less than 350 people to a college campus with thousands of students. He also opens up about how Generation Z is using social media as a form of validation. As we discuss racism, you'll hear Max share his thoughts on where he believes racism starts within a persons heart. As a young believer in the Lord, Max shares what it is Generation Z worshipers look for during a worship service and how they enjoy worshiping God. On this episode, I took the mic to South Carolina and captured the excitement of Thanksgiving at the Wilson's. I went around and interviewed as many of my family members I could (those that were not watching the football game). I asked each of them what were they most thankful for during this Thanksgiving season. Many shared their testimonies of being diagnosed with cancer and learning to enjoy everyday that life brings, heart disease, mental illness, happy marriages, and all the challenges it brings. I take time to speak to our generation Z family members. My nieces and nephews. They share their love for their siblings, their experiences being in college and the challenges they face on campus. Everyone shares their love for Christ and how having a spiritual relationship with The Lord keeps them grounded and centered.  I pray the words of wisdom from the seniors add value to your life and the humor from the youngsters put a smile on your face. So, sit back and relax and enjoy the noise, laughter and joy as you experience Thanksgiving at The Wilson's.
