Shame is heavy. Unworthiness is loud. And for so many of us, we've been carrying a story about ourselves that was never true and certainly was never meant to stay.

In this week's Sunday Soul Drop, I'm taking you to the ocean, because there is something powerful about the image of the tide taking what no longer belongs to you. With the Holy Spirit as our Comforter and Counselor, we release the shame, the unworthiness, and the old sentences that were spoken over us. And we receive, maybe for the first time in a long time, the truth of who we actually are.

You are not what shame says you are. And today, we let it go.
