Jesus chose you AND the agony of the cross at the exact same time. He gladly chose to give up His life so we could have life. We are the people who Jesus, the Prince of Peace, kisses, and claims as His own in order to heal, give a new heart, and resurrect into a new life. The mystery is this: God isn't deterred by your failures, repelled by your wounds, or distant because of your grief or the trials you've faced. Do you grasp what this means? It means there's always hope beyond our brokenness.  We'll experience a full spectrum of emotions, feeling alone and hopeless, but beneath the agony lies Jesus, resurrecting us into a new life. When you're overwhelmed with despair, God offers to fill those voids with His hope, love, and life. Yes, it's challenging, and at times, we may flee from the process but remember: in our brokenness, we find the strength to rise again, for He is our constant source of renewal and restoration.

When we’re empty of love and filled with hate, God approaches us in His limitless love, offering to fill us up again. When we run out of patience, kindness and gentleness, and have nothing but harsh and bitter words, God patiently and gently offers to fill us up. We can only give what we receive. If we open ourselves up to all God is giving us through Christ, we continue to expand and overflow with His glory.

Sometimes, we easily trust Jesus when all is well. But in moments of fear and worry, we doubt that 'Jesus will hold this, and us, together.' Why? Because we often have a specific outcome in mind, desiring control over situations and people, even if our assumptions lead us astray. Yet, trusting Jesus means surrendering completely. He has something better for us, so we let go of our desired outcomes. When we're wrong, Jesus lovingly guides us with all we need because we're united with Him. He sustains us, reigning supreme over all. So, why insist on our way and timing? Jesus is utterly trustworthy. Will you trust Him with us?

You and I have been liberated from the clutches of darkness. Dominion, in its essence, signifies absolute control over everything within its grasp. Darkness's dominion equates to enslavement – a state of being separated from Jesus, where every attempt to solve a problem only compounds it, perpetuating a vicious cycle of bondage. But rejoice, for we have been rescued! In Christ, we are no longer shackled to our former ways. We are free! Every time we stumble, Jesus uplifts us through one another. We are saved. We are no longer slaves. It’s time to embrace the freedom found in Jesus and rejoice in our redemption.
