Seeking help is ok! It starts at youth. We have to get professional help when we know we need it. My children are in therapy now same as I was just so they are used to seeking help and meaning sure my children aren’t going to become adults recovering from their childhood. We need to focus on not continuing that cycle of unhealthy upbringings.

It’s been a long 3rd quarter & quite frankly I wasn’t prepared for the wave of emotions, anxiety and bouts of depression but I’ve overcame it and won! Catch up with what’s been up with ya girl Chrissy

I’m tired of this Politicans and everybody else who isn’t a biological woman telling us what we need to and should do with our bodies this roe vs wade overturn and formula shortage is driving mfs to their brinks and I’m sick of it mind yo biological male business & tune in!
