A South Florida teen filed a lawsuit in Miami-Dade County against the Miami-Dade police department. In 2014 Rabbi Joseph Raksin was gunned down near a Synagogue in Northeast Miami-Dade County. Sixteen months after the shooting, Miami police charged Deandre Charles, who was a minor at the time and he spent a year behind bars.
