Anxiety and hypertension are too normal in most of us because of the levels of stress and the amount of information we absorb everyday. Our mind needs tool to navigate through this hyper environment calmly, we must provide it with the necessary tools to live a happy life. Tools are simple and it's just a matter of commitment because we have seen positive results in all of our students who were committed towards improving their life. Anxiety is too much thoughts of future which you are not organizing properly which is making your mind feel overwhelmed creating a feeling of anxiety in body.
Mind is overwhelmed and body is anxious.
Now we need to change the thoughts the mind is thinking and change the way body is feeling.
To organize the thoughts of the mind you have to use certain tools:
1. Breathing: lie down and start breathing. Inhale from nose and exhale from mouth, count 30 breaths and do 4 sets.
2. Meditate: initially start with 10 minutes, close your eyes, use ear phones and a meditative music. Observe the thoughts what are going in your mind.
3. Journaling: after Meditation start writing all the thoughts in a notebook, bad good whatever they are, just keep on writing. Our mind a can keep 5-9 things at a time in memory and you are trying to keep a lot which is making him feel overwhelmed, same like a processor of computer. 4. Write down 5 things you are grateful for, it triggera the healing process of the body and sends the body into a creativity mode. For body to feel better:
1. Stop eating sugar in any form, sugar induces anxiety in our body.
2. Prepare your body to go on intermittent fasting. Thank you.
