There's been a big development in the case that gripped Victoria. Relatives of 5 people who were killed when a man crashed his car into the Royal Daylesford Hotel say they are now planning to sue after the driver's charges were dismissed in court. A magistrate declared William Swale was not responsible for his actions, because he was suffering from a medical episode, brought on by his diabetes. But now victim's heartbroken families say the justice system has failed them.

The US Secret Service has launched a probe into a post from Elon Musk on his 'X' social media platform. They've investigating the billionaire's post which he's since deleted that questioned the lack of assassination attempts on President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.
