An unexpected legal tactic employed by accused mushroom murderer Erin Patterson is raising a lot of questions this morning with it meaning more time behind bars. Ms Patterson is fighting to have her case heard near her hometown in regional Victoria instead of Melbourne. The decision could add up to 15 months to the 172 days she's already spent in custody.
