Up next we have the wonderful Gazbee. She is based in between Cairo and London and her style of music can be described as eclectic and adapts her mood along her musical voyage for every mix that she does.

Make sure to follow her page as well as her Facebook as she is known to do some wicked live streams too!

We have added a new addition to our podcast by asking a few random funny questions for the listeners to get to know the artists a little bit better and understand some of the thought processes that goes into each mix that they prepare.

Questions with Gazbee:

*********************

Q: I hope you agree to answer a few random and fun questions to share with our listeners?

*Absolutely*

Q: To start you off tell us what song puts you in a good mood when you wake up in the morning?

*Disco high life by Orlando Julius always gets me in the mood!*

Q: Now should you ever, but let’s hope not, be stuck on an island, which music album would you bring with you and why?

*Moon Safari by Air. I’ve had it on repeat growing up and more than happy to leave it on repeat for the rest of my life.*

Q: What is your favourite cocktail to drink during a sunset?

*I love Espresso martinis, they give me a kick that would last me through the evening :)*

Q: Which artist/band do you secretly love but you are embarrassed to admit? (i.e. you have been to their concert, you know the lyrics.)

*Madonna for sure but there’s no shame there!*

Q: If you could open a show for any artist, who would it be and why?

*Too many! Heimlich Knuller, Luis Rosenberg, RSS Disco or Lotte Ahoi, to name a few. I think they’re all amazing at crafting sets and creating an atmosphere.*

Q: Lastly, regarding this mix you have done for us, can you tell us a little bit of your thought process behind choosing the tracks you chose?

*I honestly never know where a mix will take me, I just lay the foundations for the sound and emotions I want first. For this one, I selected songs that are deep, sophisticated and full of interesting twists and turns. I wanted to create something that would evoke different feelings, especially ones I’ve been feeling these days - like sometimes, I just want to melt into the couch and in other moments I want to get up and dance! I'm super excited to share it with everyone :)*

Thank you for the wonderful mix and answering a few fun questions for us!

From his Techno & Rave party background, the Dj is a regular of the biggest events and venues in Australia, playing along Jamie Jones, Steve Lawler or Riva Starr to name a few. For his debut on Voyeur, Pantheon

delivers a hammering, catchy and melodic work named “Asteria”.

Regular on Danny Howard or Pete Tong’s shows on BBC Radio One, Pantheon surprises with dynamic

productions, with particular skills in Songwriting electronic tracks, always keeping big crowds as target.

The release includes Original and a Dub version made for more underground audience, and gets an alternative

and nasty interpretation from TIME, author of the Anthem “Not Alone”.

A new premiere with the wicked @gavioofficial on his upcoming release on our friends @redlight-music. This is a clean house production just how we like them, those piano chords are killer!

Some info about the track

"Release Text:

Brings the joy of house music to Redlight Music with his full EP release ‘Bad Excuses’. With previous releases on labels like Culprit or the Get Physical’s sublabel Poesie Musik, Gavio is boating this fresh house EP for his debut on the Berlin imprint Redlight. First to come is ‘Bad Excuses’.

Opening with a wide piano melody, and giving it for the bass line, the track completes with some vocal samples, some keyboard keys and and some moody pads. Following we find ‘I Don’t Wanna Be’. The track features big pads, a nice keyboard touches and some soul vocals. All of it packed with a groovy bass and some very housy percussion. ‘Jazzy Land’ is a funky and disco houserocket. A proper house music rhythm, a Hammond keyboard jam and some horns on the back it's all he needs to build an effective dance floor killer. ‘Turn In’ is the raw house or lo-fi house one from the package. It only needs a nice game romance between the groovy bass line and the kick alongside with some nice pads to hook you. Pure fresh bliss!"

A new premiere part of a super VA by our friends Cosmovision Records. This little gem concocted by the wicked DJ Raff!

Some Information about the track:

"There was a big tree in front of my house when I was a child. You could see everyday Tiuques on the top, I always waited for them to fly above my house making their noises and thinking about them as big eagles or falcons. It was mid-eighties and it was easy to see them in Santiago. They were my favourite city animals." Dj Raff
