let me tell you about my trip to Canada and how i forgot my phone in NYC. it was such an amazing and fulfilling trip. i loved how disconnected from my phone, social media and technology. let me also put you on to my favorite coffee shop in Montreal and thrift stores.

It can be difficult choosing you and advocating for yourself. But I’m learning the hard way that living for others just makes you unhappy and discontent with yourself and the life that you are living. This is a reminder that at the end of the day, it is YOUR life. No one will be with you when you in your grave, just you and Allah. Live your life for yourself and be proud of the life you choose to live.

I have witnessed this time and time again. The set belief that is so harmful because they are limiting your capabilities. Believe that you can learn new skills and that your time is whenever it comes. You still have the capabilities to physically challenge yourself as an adult/young adult. Leave beliefs that are not helping you. It is okay to change your mind about something.

Life has been life-ing. So much has changed these past few months and I am loving and grateful for all of it.
