“One of the superfoods which people don’t discuss that much any more, is joy, laughter, happiness, friendship, because it’s so easy to obsess over food because you can control it, but these are the variables like connection and nature, and these other things that sometimes we don’t don’t give as much weight to, but I think they’re every bit as important.” 14:21

“I started reading the book and he had started healing his colon cancer without surgery, or chemo, or radiation and had healed it in about a year by radically changing his diet. He adopted a raw food diet and started juicing. And I was just blown away by this guy’s story and I knew that this was it. I prayed, this showed up, this is the answer to my prayer, I’m doing it.” 14:32
