This week Sarah has had the opportunity to speak to the national social care charity Community Integrated Care. They've partnered with Super League and The RFL to create the Learning Disability Super League, which will give people with learning disabilities the opportunity to play an adapted version of Rugby League, in a series of high-profile festivals and events. Listen along with Sarah to learn all about it.

In this special SLP Short, Sarah talks to Rugby League fan and voice of BBC RL coverage, Dave Woods. They cover Dave's introduction to the sport, his early takes on 2019 and his views on expansion.

Thanks go to Dave for giving up his time to talk to us. We hope you enjoy what he had to say. If you did, please share the show with your friends.

Former Great Britain athlete and World Championship medal winner Jenny Meadows joined us to chat Rugby League, Celebrity Mastermind and Wigan Youth Zone. Find out how Rugby League stars helped inspire her athletics training and how she might have got on if she had taken up the game herself.

In our latest SLP Short we looked at the community game, speaking to Josh from newly formed South Ribble Rabbitohs. Josh tells us how the team came about, how things are going for this new side, and what plans they have for Rugby League in Preston.

Mark is joined by Karsten Brumme (aka @swiss_cowboy_78) for this special episode of SLP. We learn about Karsten's journey to Rugby League fandom, what he loves about the greatest game and what he thinks we can improve to make our sport even greater.
