On this week's Super Progressive Podcast, Ruben asks Will to recap his life-changing Miami Music Week experience, including interviewing Hernan before his boat party with Nick Warren, the Soundgarden showcase at the Sagamore Hotel, hanging out with Graziano Raffa and Simply City of Sudbeat, Steve Lawler's residency at Do Not Sit, and of course, all of Danny Tenaglia's gigs throughout the weekend.
You might know him as Lexicon Avenue or Echomen, but on this week’s Super Progressive podcast, we had the privilege to speak with the man behind the music… Chris Scott.
This was a special interview for many reasons. I feel like we’ve finally reached the point where these interviews are more like friends catching up, and a lot of that has to do with how good of a dude Chris is and how open he was with us about his career, and another HUGE addition to this episode is the global perspective Ruben brings as the new cohost.
Over this 1hr+ conversation, we chat about the different influences behind Lexicon Avenue and Echomen, being the most featured artist in Global Underground history (still need to fact check 🤣), how Forensic Records came to be, and how he stays inspired to keep pushing his sound forward today.
These interviews are getting better and better and I’m really proud of how they are progressing.
The interview will be released on all platforms tomorrow, and I wanted to ask you… what’s your favorite Lexicon Avenue / Echomen track?
