The man known as the Sicilian, James Sicily, underlined both the highs and lows of the round. The good, of course, smashing out a round-high score of 172, only for it then to be soured by the fact he faces a week on the sidelines for collecting Caminiti high - which was given after the dinosaur known as the MRO spun the Wheel of Misfortune and it landed on said penalty.

But wait, there’s more! Laird was also rubbed out for a week in one of the biggest injustices all season. He took Neale to ground, falling first on his own hip/arse to absorb the impact, and didn’t pin the arms of Neale to allow him to break his fall and protect his own head. What more can the bloke do? Our game is beyond cooked, so it’s only a matter of time before helmets are introduced, tackles are outlawed, or players are told to remove their own heads before taking the field.

But then we had more bad news, with Hodor going down with a hamstring injury, impacting both of us and 11% of other owners. To be honest, I didn’t think he could move fast enough to ping a hammy!

But alas, the suspension to both Sicily, Laird and injury to Hodor is made all the harder by the fact we will be struggling for cover with the byes now upon us, where it’s best 18!

And the byes are of course a major talking point in this episode, with Round 12 presenting as the first bye for the season, so we’ll do a quick refresher for everyone as to who has the byes, and which will impact us most. And we have some DPPs additions to announce… well, just one of note, really, with a couple of big names missing out by a bee’s proverbial!
