In this chapter, Joe actually discusses how we can move between our thinking, our doing and our being brains and how change actually entails new ways of thinking, doing and being. He discusses the neocortex (processes knowledge and then prompts us to live what we learned), limbic (produces chemicals to help us remember experiences) and the cerebellum (stores habitual thoughts, attitudes and behaviors). He discusses the concept of choosing to master joy and happiness, as opposed to suffering and gives a prelude to meditation. A great chapter to read if you are wanting to understand how it all comes together.
