They Beyond is a film that while filled with A level gore is also a bit of an art film. It's also a haunted house film which fits perfectly with releasing it on Halloween.

This episode we're taking a break from talking about Chris Chan to talk about a movie we both love. Meet The Feebles is a dirty puppet movie made by Peter Jackson before he was famous for making movies where even the trees walk. There is also some talk about Chris and we think Christine would like this movie if she saw it.

This time we're talking about the special effects masterpiece from John Carpenter, "The Thing" with Trevor Charity. We cover everything from the initial development with Tobe Hooper writing to the eventual release and how it impacted those involved. Oh yeah and the next level effects that still don't look dated in 2020.
