I know loving our bodies is something a lot of girls struggle with. Although I wish every girl could get to the point where she loved her body, I know that's asking a lot. But maybe we can at least start with not hating our bodies. Working as a school resource officer in a high school with 2300 students Officer Gomez has a pretty good idea of exactly what kids face each day and he is working hard to educate the rest of us. He shares real life stories about the dangers that can go along with social media, smart phones and other things and it seriously freaked me out! He also shares tips for parents on how we can protect our kids and advice for teens on how to get help if you need it and what some of the consequences are they might face if they participate in any of this.
