Iron Fist season 1 didn't please a lot of viewers. The pacing, the plot, the choreography and even Danny himself were among the many issues with the first season. Season 2 looks to remedy that but it's off to a slow start. Maybe too slow. While the second season does some things way better (like the action) it has yet to be seen if its an all around improvement. Comics are great. Video games are great. You put those two together and you (should) get one hell of a package. Spider-Man for PS4 is a great example of what a Spidey game should be. From the gameplay mechanics, to the graphics this is a really fun ride; however, there are a few minor bumps along the way that could be smoothed out. Civil War is different from most major comic book stories. Instead of heroes coming together to battle a dangerous threat; they divide an fight amongst themselves. This is a war of perspective and those type wars are rarely won by anyone. Civil War does a great job of realizing the different ideals and viewpoints of the heroes. DC comics is pretty well known for producing quality animated films and Bad Blood is no exception. This movie doesn't directly draw inspiration from single comic or story arc; instead, Bad Blood is more of an original concept. While some of the tropes in the movie are a little cliche that doesn't stop it from being a strong movie. Joker? Thanos? Magneto? Who's the best live action movie villain? Villains often don't get the credit they deserve. Maybe that's why they become villains. Being the "bad guy" in a superhero movie is much more than having a nefarious plan just for the sake of pissing off the hero. There are many amazing Batman stories that stand the test of time and the Killing Joke is definitely one of them. This short story takes us through the fractured psyche of the Joker and what could potentially be his past. Can one bad day really cause someone to travel down the road to madness?
