In this chapter, I discuss more technical aspects to our internal world, such as classical conditioning, submodalities, and symbols, and how these affects our internal representations of our external world.
We can be conditioned by external forces, but it is within us to be able to undo negative conditions and experiences that have a major effect on us. At the end of the day, who is in charge of our lives?

Are you wasting your focus and energy? What are you going for in life? Are you listening to your soul or to the outside world? Is your fulfillment coming from things and people or is it coming from your soul? Is your drive for things or is it for you?
Maybe it's time to ask yourself where your fulfillment truly comes from. If you find yourself looking for it externally, then go deep within and face your true self to find your true power.
Let's start questioning ourselves and listening to our soul instead of believing what the outside world tells us about what makes us fulfilled in life.

In this chapter, I discuss the locus of control, the holistic approach to how we experience life on 5 different levels, and what it means to be spiritually free in life. Most of us are experiencing life through our circumstances, materialistic possessions, and people in our lives without any internal order or control.
Life is what happens around us, but are we absorbing it or are we observing it? Does true freedom come from external validation or our internal, spiritual nature?
Money, cars, sex, drugs, and social status do not come from our spiritual depth, so why do these physical forces affect so many of us spiritually?

Part 2 of 'Will we ever win the war with our inner demons' where I summarize why we need to face our dark feelings and past hurt, the point of values and how they keep us from falling victim to our inner demons, a.k.a. our interpretations of the world that are based on those dark feelings.

When it comes to our struggles in life, who are we really battling? Are we battling our emotions or how we respond to our emotions? Are we fighting the outside world or are we fighting how we see the outside world?
In this episode I explore historical thinkers like Carl Jung, Viktor Frankl, and Alan Watts and their perspectives on duality, consciousness, the human spirit, evil, and love as well as my own experiences when it came to hitting rock bottom, anger, and figuring out my own inner demons.
*TRIGGER WARNING* This episode contains a brief description of sexual assault and some profanity.

I reflect on my past about how the concepts of transference, my first sexual experiences, cognitive distortions, and unconscious biases played integral roles in my past relationships and the negativity I was fostering.

I explore some aspects I have noticed through my self-awareness journey that are not being talked about much. From sensory strengthening, to language patterns, and how our triggers are coded emotional information used by manipulators, let’s explore more aspects of awareness that everyone needs to be talking about more.

Have you ever considered the realities that exists outside of your own? When you break your human experience down through your senses and the stimulus that occurs, how much of this are you conscious of? When was the last time you aggregated your perspective?

We all come from a childhood. Many try to runaway from it. This is exactly what the problem is.
I speak about how unresolved pain from the past can be contextualized within our present-day life by sharing my story of redemption from a life of drugs and crime.
