Sondra Loring, the creator of Sadhana Yoga joins us with two yoga practitioners and teachers; Elle Renaldo and Lea Bender to share how they bring their teachings and practices not only into the yoga studio, but to rehabilitation centers, prisons and corrections facilities. These three women devote their teachings, energy and time to help individuals practice yoga, heal, find peace, grow, and even become yoga instructors themselves while in treatment or while incarcerated. This trio of healers also explain how yoga isn’t just about flexibility, but even more so about multiple areas of strength and calming the spirit and mind. They will inspire you, motivate you, make you laugh, and remind you that it is the simple things like love, that make life worth living.
