On Friday, 25-year-old Luke Edgerton is running 5km every hour for 24 hours straight in honour of his late fiancée, Catie Brown.

Luke was set to marry the love of his life, Catie, after five years together, but at just 22 years old, she heartbreakingly died in early 2023 after a six-month fight with cholangiocarcinoma.

Now, Luke is turning grief into motivation, determined to honour her memory and continue her mission of educating others about the illness.
