9:36 - Wrap Up
Hello Everyone,
I hope all is well.
Welcome to our second segment on Mental Health, this week 😊
In today's chat, we're providing a new perspective to pain, and the purpose that the especially painful experiences has in our lives.
Many of us have been raised to be pain adverse.
We do all we can to shy away from discomfort, unease, and of course... hurt. Nobody wants to be hurt yet, it's the one thing we all have in common. While our individual journeys dictate the injuries we've sustained, we've all had to make a choice: Do I get better, or do I stay bitter?
Despite the "prickly" relationship we have with pain, one thing is for certain, we wouldn't know what we know without those moments where the reality of the situation(s), people, and things were revealed.
Knowledge, insight, and wisdom are worthwhile to accrue in this life... but it would be hard to gain access to them without pain.
