Allie sits down with one of closest friends of over 12 years, Jena Bounphisay!  Jena lives in Allie's hometown of Portland Oregon. They recall past memories together, spirituality, anxiety, living in your truth, grief and the recent loss of an amazing woman and friend, Melanie Ward.

As he shares intimate details on his life experiences with grief, loss, divorce, his spiritual  journey, healing and educates us on his own personal/current Parental Alienation case.
