Allie sits down with one of closest friends of over 12 years, Jena Bounphisay!  Jena lives in Allie's hometown of Portland Oregon. They recall past memories together, spirituality, anxiety, living in your truth, grief and the recent loss of an amazing woman and friend, Melanie Ward.
