Khalil Wilkins was the third starting quarterback on the season for the Mountaineers and his results were mixed. However, he seemed to get stronger as the game went on. True freshman Scotty Fox also received some playing time in the game. Couz breaks down the game played by both, including PFF grades, and talks about their future potential as signal callers for Rich Rodriguez’s offense in Morgantown.
