Today on Light on the Hill we introduce the book of Exodus to you. Exodus is an extraordinary book that catalogues the journey of God’s chosen people, and gives us an exemplary picture of what happens when we choose to walk against the purposes and call of God on our lives. The children of Israel were called by God to step away from bondage in Egypt into the freedom of His promised land, but that generation forfeited their opportunity to do so because of their unbelief.
