We’ll start the New Year off by taking a look into our legislative crystal ball to see what 2021 may hold for design-build legislation nationwide. Not only is there talk (again) about the possibility of long-overdue national infrastructure investment but states are also looking to infrastructure as a way to jump-start their local economies.
