Hello and welcome to Survived By Loss! In this episode, I'm dealing with the tough aftermath of a tragic loss—the suicide of people dear to me. Every day feels heavy as I try to cope with the pain and memories that won't leave me alone.  To ignite the flame again, I decided to up and move to a new place!

As I settle into this new place, I feel a mix of nerves and excitement. Making new friends and creating new memories become really important to me. Slowly, I start to feel better as I connect with people in my new community.

Through all the ups and downs, I discover a strength inside myself. Day by day, I feel more hopeful about the future. This experience teaches me to remember the past but also to look forward to better days ahead.
