Every morning before former Columbine principal Frank DeAngelis gets out of bed, he recites the names of his "beloved 13," the 12 students and teacher who died in the attack on the school on April 20, 1999. In their memory, he reaches out to other school communities who are hurting. But there are some things he'll never understand about what happened in Littleton, Colorado that day.
