Summer and Spring cleaning can be very important times in the year. But as people we need do one more type of cleaning constantly. We tend to wait until we get overwhelmed and tired of everything that is happening. We wait till the relationships we have start to fall apart. We wait til things go wrong to say we can't afford someone in their life. It cost too much of your mental health.  We need to do more deep cleaning and start cleaning house.
