Today marks four years since the Hunga-Tonga-Hunga-Ha'apai volcano eruption, and subsequent tsunami that devastated much of the island kingdom of Tonga, displacing hundreds of people from the outer islands. Also, questions remain over the death of a Papua New Guinean man, who came to Australia to do seasonal work and died in regional Victoria.
