What have you been putting off that God has called you to do?

Jesus willingly came to Earth to live as a human and to die on the cross for our sins. He humbly came and quietly suffered. We can at least do what He asks. We do not have to wait for the New Year. Finish 2022, obeying and doing as you were asked.  Start now.

Are you dealing with Seasonal Depression? Learn way I have coped with my depression. I have dealt with depression and seasonal depression, I still continues to deal with it but I am now better equipped to identify it and process my feelings and situation. I have also learned way to cope that help me.

Follow what the Bible lays out to gain the growth you want in your spiritual life. Make God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit a priority and draw near to Them this holiday season.  As we follow what the Bible has laid out for us, We can see what God has asked us to do in different areas of our lives. God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit want a close relationship with us. We need to spend time in prayer and in the Word to learn more about how to draw near over the holidays.

What do you need to clean out of your life to make more room for thanksgiving, praising Jesus, and moving forward? What do you need to process to not carry on into the new  year. 
We start talking about ways to get rid of the old to make room for the new. Have you worked through all your old emotions? Have you let go of the past or are you still hanging on to hurt? Let us let go of the harmful things that are still hanging on from our past.

In order to give to others we need to be filled with God and Jesus. We need to let the inpouring of the Spirit fill us for us to be able to give and love others. If we are worn out we will not be able to give fully to others. 

God wants us to love others and share His love with them. We need to be able to take captive our thoughts to help our thoughts not spiral out of control and not allow them to bring us into depression, self-hate, anger, or bitterness.

As we head into November, I will be doing YouVesion Devotionals to help me focus on being thankful. I understand this can be difficult as you struggle with healing from your trauma. I learned for me, focusing on something I was thankful for helps me get my focus off my hurt and onto something positive in my life if only for a few minutes it brought relief.

In time of trauma it can be difficult to see something to be thankful for around us. 
Even when it is difficult to be thankful, we can be thankful for Jesus and God in our lives. Let work together to find things and reasons to be thankful in the month of November.
