I will execute judgment... and when I see the blood, I will pass over you. In many ways, this is the similar experience that the saint of God has. The Lamb of God atoned for our sins by baring them in His own body on the cross.

Where do we go from here- This rings in the mind of any child of God that dwells in a godless nation. The answer was given to Isaiah the prophet... to see God High and Lifted up.

God's covenant people, the nation of Israel, were repeatedly warned about their rejection of God's Law and subsequent evil actions. They are likened unto a superiorly provided vineyard. Despite all the superior gifts the vineyard received, they only provided a semblance of good. Though America is not the covenant people much is applicable them today...

Another description of the dedicated Old Testament priest was that they honored the Word of God. The Law of Truth was in His mouth declared the prophet Malachi. Equally, the saint in this day should esteem the Word of God as inerrant, infallible, inspired Truth.

Though many today may believe that Jesus is dead, He is in fact very much alive. His glorious presence is currently hidden as He sits on the right hand of the throne of God. In addition to His promise, He has given many reasons for His soon return.

In this day of gender neutrality, the Scriptures teach of two genders. Of which, God said that they both were good. The God who created all has conveyed thru His Scriptures the principles of Biblical masculinity.

An additional characteristic of the OT priest was the desire to walk with God. As such, God's mind was to become his mind. He was tethered to God by his decision to walk with God.

The OT priest was to strive for sinlessness in their life. Such should be our desire as well. Yet, does the Scripture teach that one can attain a level of sinless perfection in this life-

A Worthy Assembly adds to their faith. They desire to grow in their love for each other, to preserve thru difficulties, and to focus on things which are above.

A Worthy Church is first a church that believes in the person, work, and doctrines of Jesus Christ. Added to this is a sincere desire to increase in faith toward the God of their salvation.
