In Episode 16, the sustainable sleepover club was joined by Kelvin Akapalo who is a spoken word artist, dancer, co-author of the published book We Have a Dream and a global education facilitator passionate about promoting human rights, inclusion, integration of minorities, and community and youth development through his work with the National Youth Council of Ireland and Internationally! He shared his story of migration with us, how he fell in love with spoken word, his dream, his superpowers and an incredible final message for every young person listening!
We chatted about all this and so much more in the Sustainable Sleepover club, from our favourite chocolate and how much this group means to us to the importance of stories and getting active! We hope you enjoy, laugh, sob and learn!
