  • Creativity is Loving Life with Inna Segal

Creativity through the lens of a best selling author and intuitive healer

"It's all about allowing new ideas, new perspective, new colors come into my mind."

Inna Segal is a pioneer in the field of energy medicine and human consciousness, and the bestselling author of The Secret Language of Your Body, translated into 26 languages and sold over a million copies worldwide. Inna's journey began as a young immigrant from Belarus, arriving in Australia at age nine without a word of English. The cultural dislocation, bullying, and emotional isolation soon manifested physically—psoriasis, digestive pain, chronic back issues, and anxiety. By 15, Inna was living in a body that felt unsafe and overwhelmed. Despite seeing multiple practitioners, nothing truly changed.
At age 20, she experienced the stillbirth of her baby—an unexpected and devastating loss. In the weeks that followed, Inna spiraled into physical agony, emotional collapse, and profound hopelessness. After being told by a chiropractor that her body "wanted to be stuck," she reached a breaking point—and made a decision to try to heal herself.
That night, she placed her hands on her back, began to breathe with the pain, and asked for help from something greater. With her eyes closed, she saw a golden light and a vision of her own spine. What followed was a spontaneous stream of memories and insights: from early childhood trauma, to ancestral grief passed down from her grandmother, to energetic patterns she had absorbed from others. The next day, 70% of her pain was gone. Within weeks, her skin cleared, her digestion healed, and her anxiety lifted.
This was the beginning of her life’s work. By 22, Inna began helping others professionally. At 27, she released The Secret Language of Your Body, which became an international bestseller. She went on to write The Secret of Life Wellness and Understanding Modern Spirituality, based on her ten-year study of Rudolf Steiner and Anthroposophy.
She has also created seven healing card decks focused on archetypes, emotional healing, colour therapy, ancestral patterns, and childhood development.
Over the past 25 years, Inna has worked with people from all walks of life—including doctors, nurses, psychologists, creatives, teachers, and trauma survivors. She has taught across the USA, Mexico, the UK, Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Caribbean—including government-sponsored programs in Mexico training medical professionals, police, and politicians.
Her work helps people map the true origin of their suffering—emotionally, ancestrally, energetically—and guides them through a non-linear healing process that honors the wisdom of the body and the timing of the soul. She brings not only expertise, but lived experience of healing from loss, divorce, chronic illness, and narcissistic abuse.
Today, Inna supports people worldwide through her online courses and free masterclasses—teaching how to work with emotions, chakras, childhood wounds, archetypes, and physical ailments. Her work is grounded in intuitive precision, emotional depth, and 25 years of direct healing experience.

  • Creative Solutions with Shane Fozard

Creativity through the lens of a Creative Hypnotic Entrepreneur

"Being creative to me is having a growth mindset. A mindset of possibilities."

For more than 15 years, Shane Fozard has taught hypnotherapy, NLP, and advanced communication through the Australian Success Academy, training over 10,000 people across 18 countries, change habits, build businesses, and develop stronger leadership. His work centres on creating the mental states where learning and growth become lasting, rather than fleeting.

That expertise grew out of a personal turning point. In his early thirties, Shane was working in corporate sales and operations, drinking and smoking heavily, and wondering why nothing felt right. He signed up for a hypnosis course with low expectations and walked out without his addictions, carrying what felt like the instruction manual for his own mind. From there, he built a hypnotherapy practice and went on to train others, travelling the country with his partner to teach rooms of people how to apply the tools of personal change in their lives and work.

Booknotic grew out of that same curiosity. While reading Cal Newport’s Deep Work, Shane began wondering what would happen if he did “deep work” on the book itself, distilling the key ideas, then recording them into a short hypnosis track. Friends he shared it with asked for more. Over time, those experiments became Booknotic: 20-minute hypnotic audio sessions based on bestselling books. Each one is built from Shane’s own highlighted pages and turned into hypnotic metaphors and memory cues, designed not just to skim information but to absorb it.

Unlike summary apps, Booknotic was born out of real practice; handwritten notes, spoken word, and the disciplines of hypnosis and neuroscience. Today, Shane uses it to explore how people can learn in ways that fit into real lives, whether that means a professional who hasn’t opened a book in a year, or a parent listening in the quiet half-hour before the family wakes.

  • Bringing Creativity Forward with Anna Holtzman

Creativity through the lens of a visibility coach and podcast host,

"I equate creativity to life energy."

Anna Holtzman is a therapist-turned-visibility coach who helps sensitive creatives, healers, and entrepreneurs overcome the fear of being seen so they can share their voice and sustain their creative work—without burning out.

Before coaching, Anna spent 15 years behind the scenes in publishing and reality TV editing, where she learned firsthand how easy it is to hide from visibility and how painful it feels when creative momentum fizzles. Chronic migraines and burnout eventually led her to mind-body medicine and the nervous system tools that helped her reclaim her own creative voice and start showing up consistently.

Today, Anna draws on her background in both media and mental health to guide others through visibility wounds, imposter syndrome, and the nervous system blocks that keep them stuck. She is also the host of the podcast How to Trust Yourself, where she shares stories and tools for nervous-system-safe visibility. Anna lives in Queens, NY with her husband, stepdaughter, and three orange cats.

  • The Story of Creativity with Dennis Welch

Creativity through the lens of a songwriter, recording artist and author

"Creativity is creating something out of nothing."

If songwriter/recording artist/author Dennis Welch could wave a wand over how the world will remember him, he would choose just one word:

    Storyteller.

Over 500 songs. Two books. Concerts far and wide. It’s what he is meant to do here in this world. Tell stories and create a place to go to find yourself or answers, or maybe just a good laugh. One thing for sure. You’ll always find love there. He has been privileged to write with some of the great songwriters: Allen Shamblin. Monte Warden. Michael Peterson. Fletch Wiley. Will Callery. He has learned from each writing partner along the way and he continues to grow. After more than two decades away from the recording studio, Dennis recorded and released What Love Makes Us Do, his fifth studio album in 2021. It was produced by long-time Little River Band Guitarist, Rich Herring and released on Herring’s Wurld Records. It was on the first Grammy ballot in five categories.  Dennis believed at the time that it was his best work. But he always strives to do even better. In July of 2023, he released If I Live to Be a Hundred. He and Rich have recently completed mixing and mastering the next album, due out in mid-July. Title: Strong.

Why? Because there’s always another story to be told.

    The next one.
