Running the Enrollment Center (www.wahbroker.org) , we meet a ton of small businesses. One thing is for certain is that more folks need to be cheering or if they can lend a hand coaching. Suzie calls them “projects”.

I ran into one this week that a decade ago I got money into his hand for school because I wanted to build a business with him. We went our separate ways but he wanted to repay me.

Service is a question that every business owner must answer consistently. If you do not then you will be losing money and out of business. Here are the four questions of service:

As the Enrollment Center in Wenatchee, WA, we have to communicate a lot in a variety of ways to get important information out. The better that we communicate, the healthier our business becomes. 

We are in the age of communication. There are thousands of messages coming at us every day. In that storm of information are you being heard? As a businessperson, I can see results by a purchase as a parent, I can see results by picking up socks off the living room floor. Do your partners send out scary letters? We are going to talk about communication because it is a critical tool in improving your life both personal and professional.

When you run a small business and have helped hundreds escape corporate, you know a few things. 2021 is bring massive change in careers for large groups of Americans. Either from a direct layoff from COVID or looking at what job that they had during the lockdowns and wanting more. You Only Live Once and when looking at side hustles and the wild ride of dogecoin this is a great time to look for greener pastures. We are going to look at the reasons, the assets and the opportunities  that exist right now. With 1 in 4 workers looking at jumping ship, this is the time to support some dreams.

We do Insurance so our business for a decade has been one of understanding problems and have a solution when they occur. Self Care is an important part of life when you want a long and happy life.

If one thing this pandemic has taught us is that a large portion of Americans are horrible about taking care of themselves. As a business owner and parent, we do our best to overcome some seriously self-destructive cycles.   Self-Care is more folding laundry and oil changes than retail therapy and spa days so lets have the discussion, today on Suzilla.

They are required by law to send out certain documents so at times it can seem like a lot however we will go over some basic ones that are hot right now.

At Suzie Health Solutions we have danced around the American Rescue Act for a few weeks and here  is what we know. While everyone has been looking at the $1400 check, there is a whole lot more money with the American Rescue Plan. Let’s talk real money like no cost Cobra or if you have a week of unemployment being eligible for platinum level plans for pocket change. When will we see the Big Change in Washington State and what you should be doing right now.
