Jon & Schif are back with the latest in NFL news and updates!

First off, we have to catch up with our boys. Both of them spent some time in the US this offseason. Jon attended his family reunion in Tennessee, while Schif visited some family in Florida. They're glad to be back side by side for the latest in NFL News.

The news kicks off with the happy revelation that Dan Snyder is officially gone from the NFL. The guys celebrate appropriately and discuss the team's future challenges. There are also updates from around the league. Listen in to hear all of the thoughts and soundboard sounds.

Then the guys go through the skill players that have new teams and their expectations for said players. Then the coaching changes get a run-through. The guys are glad to be back and you can hear it in their voices.
