SveNFL

This episode begins with some banter about comedy clubs and jokes, followed by the NFL facility report cards.

Then the guys are ready to go through all of their mock drafts. Well, not really. But they are ready to discuss the top prospects and the teams that may go after them. It's a draft preview like only SveNFL can provide. It's good to be back. Enjoy!

The Super Bowl is in the books!

We all got us another good game, though tin foil conspiracy hats might be required for this one. There was good quarterback play, great adjustments, questionable calls, a great halftime show, good commercials and more this year. The guys go through all of it in this fun episode.

Jonathan emerged as this year's victor in the Flip 'Em & Pick 'Em Playoff Edition. It all came down to this game, and Schif picked the Eagles. Unfortunately for the Eagles, they came up short.

The legacy of two people have already begun getting discussed. Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid have done it again, and with two championships under their belts, where does this put their places in history?

The podcast will go on a break for a bit, so take care of yourselves until we come back to discuss the 2023 season.

Super Bowl LVII is upon us!

Schif updates Jon on all of the awards from the season and they go through their predictions. One of them actually predicted this Super Bowl matchup before the season began!

Then Schif breaks down the road to this moment, both for the franchises and their current front office regimes.

Finally, the Flip 'Em & Pick 'Em tie breaker. Check out who wins the toss and which team he picks in this final prediction of the season.

Pro Bowl Weekend is in the books!

Cue the Mike Tomlin soundbite. We all know the Pro Bowl isn't that exciting, but there were some highlights from the weekend that was. The guys start off by going through those things.

Then on to the real excitement... coaching changes! Sean Payton has a new home in Denver. That hire has changed the coaching landscape dramatically. Can he fix the Broncos? What will happen with that defense? What's going to happen in Arizona? Tampa? Dallas has a new OC, but McCarthy will call the plays. Is this the end of that regime? What advice does Jonathan give for Houston with their fourth new coach in three years?

The quarterback drama continues, with many teams needing one, but no team making a move just yet. How will that unfold?

Finally, Arian Foster confirmed that the NFL is scripted. Schif details the reveal of the 28-3 script to Matt Ryan in a hilarious scene. It's another great SveNFL episode that you won't want to miss.

The 2022 NFL Award Nominees list is out! Some notable names are left off of the list, while some guys are on the list that the SveNFL guys disagree with. They go through it all in this episode.

But first, the news. There's plenty of movement league-wide. Jon is happy with his team's apparent new DC. Schif is glad to hurt the Saints in any way possible, so taking their DC works for him. Some teams are still looking for a coach, but not the Panthers. Is Frank Reich the best in the NFC South?

We now know who's going to the Super Bowl!

The Conference Championships are in the books. The Eagles will face the Chiefs in the Super Bowl! The guys discuss the drama of the games. We got robbed of a good NFC Championship game due to injury, but who's really to blame? Are the refs to blame for the Chiefs' victory? Is Mahomes v Burrow the future of the league? So many questions to be answered.

Listen in for the MVPs, Trash, Shit Got Learned and Scariest teams.

The Conference Championship games are upon us!

There are only four teams remaining and the guys are excited. Teams that are out of it have begun their coaching searches. New firings, hirings and interviews are all going down.

Schif is all but crowned champion of Flip 'Em & Pick 'Em. Jon needs a miracle, but this just might be the week. The games seem like toss-ups. Tune in to see what the official picks are.

The Divisional Round is in the books!

Or should we say... the Dangerously Delicious Divisional Round Reactions? The guys spiced up the name in order to match the NFL's Super Wild Card Weekend Energy.

The games were entertaining for the most part, and we are likely to get a great slate of championship games. Jon (of course) loved the defensive struggle that was Cowboys v 49ers. Does McCarthy keep his job? Was Dak the reason America's team lost?

How does Schif feel about Kyle Shanahan these days?  The Eagles handled their business. Should Giants fans hang their heads? Is Hurts a man on a mission?

The Chiefs beat the Jaguars. How far ahead of the plan are the Jaguars? Are they the divisional favorites going forward? How important is Travis Kelce?

The Bengals are again back at the Championship game. Have they done enough to be at the seat of the "top of the AFC" conversation? What do the Bills keep getting wrong?

So many questions answered this episode. Don't miss any of them, or the guys' MVP, Trash, Shit got learned and Scariest Teams from this past week.

The 2022 Divisional Round is upon us!

First things first, the guys have to talk about the quarterback carousel that promises to turn the league upside down this coming offseason. Will Tom Brady keep playing? Where will he go? What about Aaron Rodgers? What are the best spots for Derek Carr and Lamar Jackson? Which team is pretty much a quarterback away? So much juicy stuff to discuss.

As for Flip 'Em & Pick 'Em, Schif is comfortably ahead. The guys make their picks for the divisional round. With the playoff scoring, Jon is only one upset away from getting back into it.
