SWACtalk

We already are down one game as we record this show, AAMU will not be making their trip to PVU. The Bulldogs have yet to play a SWAC game. On the schedule we have two East vs West games but one is a nonconference game. Can Pine Bluff stay hot against Valley? Can Alabama State sting South Carolina State? Is Southern ready for Prime Time? We will discuss all the action here. Let's Go!!!!

Before the season began there were 4 games on the schedule, by the time the season started there were 3 games. A few weeks later there were 2 games remaining on this weeks schedule, by the end of the week there was one game left. On Saturday less than half of that game was played. What a crazy time, that was a wild breakdown (don't even ask me how). We'll discuss what happened this week. Let's Go!!

Just wanted to hop on an talk a little bit about the whole COVID situation, Grambling cancelling two games and the narratives that follow that decision. Also just sharing a few thoughts about how Deion Sanders, Jackson State, and SWAC football are viewed by outside eyes.

It's time for more SWAC football, this week brings us two games (fingers crossed). Grambling hits the road to Alabama A&M, will they bring their offense with them? Will the Bulldogs tame the Tigers? Alabama State heads to Pine Bluff to face the super confident Golden Lions. Will Ezra Gray continue his hot streak for ASU or will Skyler Perry lead the high flying UAPB offense to a victory? We will discuss all the action here. Let's Go!!

Another week of SWACtion is in the books, and boy was it a wild one. We saw UAPB head to Grambling to try to continue the Tigers slide. Did the Prime Train continue to roll? Was Southern able to get out of their own way and play solid football? We will discuss all three games in this episode. Let's Go!!!

It's time for another week of SWAC football and already we're down one game. PVU vs AAMU will not take place due to COVID issues at PV. But we still have 3 games scheduled, will Alabama State be able to slow down the Prime Train of Jackson State? UAPB looks to continue their rise to the top of the West Division by beating Grambling. And Southern will try to prove to all that they have worked through their issues against Texas Southern. We love some good SWACtion..Let's Go!!

An unexpected and light week of football, there are two games a huge West Division matchup (Grambling vs Prairie View) and Valley finally gets their shot at the Prime Time. Also we'll talk a little SWAC basketball as the SWAC Men's and Women's tournaments get started today. Let's Go!!

Join us this week as we recap this week's action. 4 games were on schedule and 4 games were played. A very interesting and exciting week of SWACtion. Also I'll have a few bonus thoughts on Southern's season so far. Let's Go!!

Our roller coaster ride of a season continues, after a week that saw 3 games postponed, we have another interesting week. We have Southern vs UAPB in a SWAC West battle. Jackson State vs Grambling in Coach Sanders SWAC debut. PVU vs Texas Southern in the Labor Day Classic in the Spring. And Alabama A&M vs MVSU....wait scratch that...AAMU vs South Carolina State?? We'll discuss all the action.

It's officially game week and we are here to cover it all. We are already minus two games due to Alcorn opting out (AAMU vs Alcorn) and due to the weather in Dallas (GSU vs PVU). But there's still lots of action to cover. And we will also cover the debut game of one Coach Sanders. Some come and join us on this SWAC journey.
