Guarding your heart is more than avoiding negativity, "bad vibes," and toxicity. It is putting to death the works of the flesh.

We often view guarding the heart as protecting ourselves, but it is a 360-degree work.

Matthew 15:11, 18 -20 Jesus makes it plain that what defiles a man is what comes from his mouth. Jesus helped us understand the substance in our hearts, that by what we speak, we should know whether we're evil or good. 

Matthew 5:21-26, He also helped us understand that before a sin is committed, it is first committed in the heart. 

If our actions reveal what's in the heart, what is the right way to guard the heart?

In this episode, I share about having dominion as a Christian. We have been called into a new kingdom of light and ought to walk as people of the light.
