Swapping shifts is ten weeks old! Still haven't missed an upload yet. This week on the pod we have the OC comedy godfather some might say, Evan Cassidy AKA the Cassman. We talk about our road gig we did together in Tehachapi back in 2019. We also discuss some origins of OC comedy as well as looking at comedy in its current covid state and then projecting what it will eventually be after covid. We also discuss crazy uber stories Evan has from driving uber and some more fun stuff sprinkled in here and there. Enjoy this episode and rate and review on Itunes and turn on the pod notifications on Spotify to get notified when every episode drops! Make sure to check out evans podcast, "The Fock Ya Nation Podcast" wherever you get your pods.
This is the most political episode we've done so far, this is more of a conversation about the political climate/culture. Scott Hall comes on the pod to tell us why the media sucks and why both parties suck. We also discuss the new feature on Yelp where anyone can flag a business as racist. If you don't wanna hear us talk politics skip towards the last twenty minutes or so to hear how Scott went to Jail and came back a better man. He also shares some crazy stories about managing bars and restaurants in Washington DC. Check out more of Scott on his podcast titled "What's Your Deal?.

This is a continuation of the pod from the last episode, in this pod, Brandon and Frank look back on their comedy trip to Oregon in 2019. They also talk about doing a show with the great Tim Dillon last summer at the Brea improv. Stick around to the very end to hear the boys get kicked off the front patio by a neighbor who FALSELY accused them of being too loud. Fun times all around make sure to check out the funny uncle podcast wherever you get your pods! And make sure to leave a review on apple pods for this podcast. Thanks for listening... COMEDY!
This episode was absolutely bonkers, the first ever four man podcast recorded on the show and the first ever podcast recorded under the influence. The boys were buzzin for sure on this episode, Frank tells the story of how he walked out on his job and got drunk in a Barnes and Nobles parking lot to celebrate. Robert tells the humiliating story of dressing up and acting for kids' birthday parties, and Gabe tells stories about working at the horror that is Blaze Pizza. This is part one part two will be out next week as always and go make sure to check out the funny uncle podcast out now on all places where you can find podcasts.
Thanks for all the support on the first five episodes of the podcast, especially those listening from across the pond in Europe. This week we have our first in-person recorded podcast with fellow comic and podcaster Kelly Jean Brown. Kelly talks about her previous jobs as a nanny and preschool teacher as well as working as a host at a restaurant. We swap horror stories of crazy customers in the restaurant biz. We also get sidetracked from jobs a little bit and talk about high school stories including our prom nights and bomb threats we both encountered as high school students. Check out Kelly's podcast Slightly Bitter!

Episode 5! The first milestone in the pod's very short history. Our guest this week is live all the way from Ireland, comedian Aaron McCann. We talk about him doing comedy in Ireland and then packing up and moving his dream to LA. He went viral a few years back for meeting Tyler The Creator while in LA and having Tyler come to one of his shows. A few years later he met BROCKHAMPTON backstage at one of their shows in LA. Aaron also talks about living in a house with literally 40 other people. We also discuss the differences in American and Irish culture and plenty of other fun stuff! Make sure to rate the podcast 5 stars on iTunes!
Super fun episode out this week featuring fellow comic Brandon Legendre. In this ep we talk about him playing D1* (technically) at Murray State. Brandon talks about the challenges of playing college football trying to balance football, school, and just living a college life. He also talks about working as security at one of my favorite venues in the world, The Observatory in Santa Ana. Brandon tells some crazy stories about all the different types of crowds that would show up at the venue. One of my favorite episodes to date and again sorry for the audio issues this week next week will be back to running 100 %.
This episode is a wild one! Guest Robert Thompson talks about his revolving door of jobs growing up and recalls all the interactions with crazy coworkers. Robert tells a hilarious story of working at Cicis pizza in Chino Hills and serving the Ball family all the time. Let's just say Lamelo Ball loves to customize his pizzas! Also discussed in this episode is Robert's rise throught the ranks of Chino Hills Public Access TV. Robert also talks about working at Sam's club and almost dying in the parking lot trying to reel in some shopping carts. All around great episode!
