Crystal shares her story of growing up being pretty active but experiencing some bullying from being a little overweight. Transitioning into high school, she began entering the fitness industry teaching Zumba and kids yoga which is where she discovered her passion for health and fitness.
After losing her mother to lung cancer, she had a major wake up call and knew she needed to change her lifestyle especially with nutrition. She began consistently eating clean, developing a balanced system and create habits of moderation that have led her to living a life where she felt confident in her own skin and experienced less stress.
She now dedicates herself to coaching women of all ages and levels. She's garnered more than 30 certifications and licenses ranging from personal training, group exercise, and nutrition. And she helps women improve their mental health by completely shifting their anxiety and self-doubts into moving better and feeling stronger without all the pain and doubt.

#254 – On today’s episode, Anthony & Bryan are joined by publisher, who founded the business magazine, The Real Deal, about real estate and finance news, Amir Korangy.
Amir shares his story of how he went to school for Journalism and started working in different media companies before ultimately publishing his first newspaper in Mexico along with his business partner.
After graduate studies at Emerson College, Korangy moved to New York City in 1999 where he worked at Yahoo Inc., and eventually began investing in New York City real estate. These transactions inspired Korangy to recognize a void in that industry for compelling real estate news.
In 2003, Korangy put out the first edition of The Real Deal from his apartment in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. The Real Deal provides an inside look into the prominent New York real estate market as well as reports national and international market trends. There are also South Florida and Los Angeles editions of The Real Deal available online daily and in print quarterly.

Jack shares his story of how he went from being a business graduate from the University of Washington to creating and selling multiple successful businesses by the time he was 25.
These businesses include Glidr, the first US-based hoverboard company, Dumbo Lounge Sacks, inflatable air hammocks that were massively popular at music festivals over the last few years, a travel company, Sendit Cabo, that was acquired by the industry leader in student travel for a very lucrative payout, and most recently an E-commerce store at a 7-figure run rate.
After the acquisition of the travel company, Jack spent a few months traveling the world before going full time into financial consulting, aimed at equipping others with the same secrets he'd used to launch and scale back to back successful businesses.

#252 – On today’s episode, Anthony & Bryan are joined by athlete, coach, licensed esthetician, and health and fitness professional with 12+ years of experience in the field, Meghann Hempel.
Meghann shares her story of her upbringing as being a child dealing with obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and how her parents not know any better, put her on medications which resulted in weight gain and depression symptoms. At 16, she entered the fitness world and started incorporating working out which in turn led to overly restricting food as well as binging food. After years passed, she became a firefighter and an advanced Emergency Medical Technician. While on the job, she suffered a traumatic brain injury that ended up changing the course of her life forever.
Later, Meghann talks about her current business, Brain Body & Beyond LLC where she specializes in ancestrally based nutrition and functional fitness that aligns with the primal way of life. She is all about nourishing the mind, body & soul. Hempel owns her own studio where she trains her own private clients as well as online coaching. She takes an overall lifestyle approach when working with her clients to achieve optimal results that will last a lifetime.
