What does it take to become an Olympic Athlete?
That is not a simple question to answer but in this episode, we explore the life of an Olympian with Adam Burgess, and his insights show the level of detail that these amazing people go into to achieve at the highest level. Adam is an athlete, as well as a yoga & breathwork instructor, who competed in the canoe slalom at Tokyo 2020, finishing 4th in the Olympic final. He has a connection with the water, with breathing, with mindful living, and with research that would inspire anyone to get more active.
