1. Think of yourself as an instigator and leader; Understand that “People want to be led, not taught!” 
2. Be a risk taker and share your quest, and with that your mistakes!
3. Bring the ingredients and cook with your students! - Or put another way: “Don’t show up with a finished meal!”
4. Understand that as a creator your product IS the process!
5. Remember that “Necessity is the mother of invention”, so make your teaching relevant by helping solve a problem!
6. Get comfortable with not hitting the mark all the time and not getting it right.
7. Find inspiration by working with artists, dreamers, and go-getters!

My mom used to say to me, 'Tell me who your friends are and I'll tell you who you are!' 

As a teacher and a trainer, I now ask, 'Tell me about the students you attract, and I'll tell you about the teacher that you are!'

After a little bit of soul searching and energy shuffling I (Raphan) have decided to bring everything I am interested in, from pedagogy, therapy, wellness and Yoga to relationships, Sensuality, sex and pleasure onto one single platform: the Talking Flow with Raphan Kebe podcast. A show dedicated to Creativity, Sensuality and Resilience and how those three pillars can help us be in FLOW with who we are and what we can become.
