Managing Mental Health can at times be an overwhelming task, especially if you have a limited support system. One in four people will be affected by mental disorders at some point in their lives. On this episode we are joined by Kennedy Allen as she shares what it is living with a mental health disorder on a daily basis.
Nearly two-thirds of people with a known mental disorder never seek help from a health professional. Stigma, discrimination and neglect prevent care and treatment .
