Welcome to another episode of Sweet Tea and Southern chit Chat. I'm your host, Donna Bridges. So when I was thinking about starting a podcast, I wanted to make sure that I covered several bases. I educated. I left memories for my Children, and I helped others that were going through similar things that we went through. My family went through my father having the disease of Alzheimer's, and it was early on set. As we go along, we will talk to other people about Alzheimer's and how the family can deal with this. This is the journey that I will talk about today is from my perspective only.  I do have two younger brothers but this what I lived and they can explain their version later.

Now in today's episode will be discussing my love four drumroll, please, Nascar!  So today's topic is one of my favorite topics, and it's slightly unusual for a woman to truly really love NASCAR as much as I do but I'm that girl. So how did this Southern belle, grow to be one of NASCAR's biggest fans? We need to go back a bit. I wanted to let you know how I came into NASCAR Why I love it. And some of the background of how a NASCAR got started during today's episode will talk about some history and Past and Current drivers. I fell in love with NASCAR and auto racing in the eighties. My Uncle Eddie took my cousin and I to the Atlanta Motor Speedway. I have been watching NASCAR as far back as I can remember.
